Complete Guide: How to Submit a Review

When you work with Entreprise Orbit 3D Inc., our goal is to ensure your complete satisfaction. If a review of your case is necessary, here is the procedure to follow to ensure that your request is processed efficiently and in compliance with the conditions of our warranty policy.

Step 1: Checking Eligibility

For a Complete Solution:

  • The request for revision must be made within 6 months of initial delivery.
  • The same scans should be used for the order.
  • Each case is entitled to a free review. Subsequent revisions will be billed at the base rate of the complete solution.

For Design Only:

  • Request must be made within 3 months of initial delivery.
  • Each case receives two free reviews. Additional revisions will be billed at the base design rate only.
  • Refer to warranty document for complete details.

Step 2: Login to the Website

  • Go to the Orbit 3D website and log in with your credentials to access your customer area.

Step 3: Access the page 'My account'

  • Navigate to the 'My Account' tab to access your orders, billing and service options.

Step 4: Submitting the Review

  • Click on 'Design Review' to begin the review process.
  • Enter Order Number requiring revision. The format should look like this: Example: 3-XXXX-01-US-PATIENT-NAME.

Step 5: Review Details

  • To enable us to make any necessary adjustments, please detail which aspects of the bite plate design you would like to see changed. This will help us make the required corrections to your file and avoid any repetition of the error.

Step 6: Finalization and Delivery

  • Once the revision has been submitted and details provided, a new occlusal plate will be produced and sent in the usual manner:
    • By email, for design orders only.
    • By mail, for complete solutions.
